使用 StockTracker 即表示您同意本條款。若不同意，請勿使用本 App。
1. 本 App 的性質
StockTracker 是個人投資組合紀錄與參考工具（含 ELI、選擇權、債券等）。不是券商、銀行、投資顧問或交易所。內容不構成投資、稅務或法律建議。
2. 您的責任
您應對自行輸入資料的正確性負責，並在做任何財務決策前自行核對價格、損益與匯率。市場資料可能延遲、不完整或有誤。
3. API、券商連線與付費功能
選用的 StockTracker API 與券商 OAuth（例如 Charles Schwab）須遵守各服務條款。部分功能可能需 App Store 一次買斷或訂閱；價格與續訂以 Apple 畫面為準。請到「設定 → Apple ID → 訂閱」管理。
4. 使用規範
僅可用於合法的個人或家庭投資追蹤。禁止逆向工程、濫用介面或干擾他人資料。
5. 智慧財產
App、名稱與設計歸開發者所有。您的投資組合資料仍屬於您。
6. 免責與責任限制
本 App 依「現狀」提供。在法律允許範圍內，我們不對交易損失、錯誤報價、同步衝突或資料遺失負責；若責任無法排除，以您提出請求前十二個月內就本 App 支付的金額為上限。
7. 變更
我們可能更新功能或本條款。更新後繼續使用視為接受修訂。重大變更會反映在「最後更新」日期。

By using StockTracker you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
1. What the app is
StockTracker is a personal record-keeping and reference tool. It is not a broker, bank, adviser, or exchange. Nothing in the app is investment, tax, or legal advice.
2. Your responsibility
You are responsible for data you enter and for verifying prices and P&L before decisions. Market data may be delayed, incomplete, or wrong.
3. API, broker connections, and paid features
Optional StockTracker API and broker OAuth (e.g. Charles Schwab) are subject to those providers’ terms. Some features may require an App Store purchase or subscription. Manage subscriptions in iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
4. Acceptable use
Use only for lawful personal or household portfolio tracking. Do not reverse-engineer, abuse APIs, or interfere with others’ data.
5. Intellectual property
The app belongs to the developer. Your portfolio data remains yours.
6. Disclaimer and liability
Provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for trading losses, bad quotes, sync conflicts, or data loss; if liability cannot be excluded it is limited to amounts you paid for the app in the prior twelve months.
7. Changes
Continued use after updates means you accept revised terms. Material changes are noted by the “Last updated” date.
